Terms & Conditions / Cancellation Policy

Safaris travel through a remote area and require active participation.  Such activities are not without a small degree of risk.  WestTreks accept no liability for personal injury or loss or damage to personal possessions, although every precaution will be taken.  A signed release is required from participants before safari departure.  Safari passengers take part in all activities at their own risk. 

WestTreks reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel a safari where, in its best judgment, circumstances deem it to be necessary, or to cancel a safari if less than 4 passengers are booked.  WestTreks accepts no liability for the non-performance of suppliers/carriers, or road closures.

At WestTreks’ discretion only 50% refund may be available for cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to departure. No refunds are available for cancellations made 24 hours prior to departure.
